How do we keep our rates so low?
Word of mouth keeps our rates low, tell your friends and family to give us a call, referral discounts available on your next job.
You may furnish your own materials or provide payment for the materials work can start.
What we can’t see can change your quote. If unknown problems are uncovered during the job, we will stop all work until your direction and approval are provided.
Discounts apply to labor only. Materials are at cost. 

Payment is due upon completion
Personal or Cashier’s checks to: Alan’s Handyman. Return Check: $35.00 Fee
Materials are charged in addition to Labor. 





Work must be scheduled and material must be purchased during the discount period. Work can be performed after the discount period.
